We take pride in the way we cook our biryani, it is cooked with fresh ingredients on the same day. The overall average cooking time for authentic dum biryani is 8 -12 hrs, so we are confident that you can taste the authenticity and freshness in every morsel of our biryani. But there might be instances where you might not be satisfied with our biryani, in such cases we also assure that you can request for refund.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must tell us the reason for seeking a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a refund, you can contact us at support@hyderabadguys.com. We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your reason, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
